Congratulations Australia, we have officially reached the point in the year where my pictures are no longer staying on my walls because the tack is melting off in the heat.
I’m not even going to survive tonight let alone the next 200+ days until I experience it in person
I have 20 days to decide what tour information I'm gonna allow myself to see and how much self control I'm gonna need to get myself through to my tour date
why am I not at the Kenny Chesney concert.

If you go by the Bible, when Adam and Eve disobey God and eat from the forbidden tree, instead of being killed, they are punished by God. God tells Eve that He is going to curse women with painful childbirth for eternity and that her husband will rule over her. God tells Adam that he will not have a nice farm. These punishments are highly unfair in that the curse of painful childbirth for women will span for eternity and Eve being ruled by her husband sets the stage for the coming millennia of a patriarchal society. The consequences of Adam’s punishment only span for one lifetime, his, and since he does not starve to death because he does not have a nice farm, the worst thing he has to endure is the fact that he probably won’t be taking home a Garden of the Year trophy this time around. Before Adam and Eve disobey God, God tells Adam that he is to rule over everything on the earth, the animals, the land, etc. When God is punishing Eve, He makes it clear that Adam will rule over Eve just as he rules over everything else. Assuming everything in the Bible is fact, there were no humans prior to God’s creation of Adam and Eve. If you follow this, God is essentially telling the first humans of Earth that it is permissible for men to treat women in the same fashion as they do their animals and land, or property. During the time of the rape scene in Judges 19, specifically, women are seen as property. Their rape was more harmful to their father than themselves because their father owned their virginity and if it was taken, they would not receive money for their daughter’s marriage because they would never be married. It is God who instilled this value in society. When God tells the men of Earth that they can treat their wives as animals, what do you expect other than the violent rape scenes that take place throughout the Bible?
