Coffee. The last movie I watched in the cinema was: Guardians of the Motherfucking Galaxy Three things I can’t live without: the dogs, IBS medication and physio (today is an achey day I am spiritually 65) Something I plan on learning: how to tie master knots so I can live on a boat and pretend I'm a pirate. The Captain
Blood dripped from her face onto his ankles, which she had tied together using duct tape. Normally as a fight subsided she would feel the onset of a headache and any injuries would start to sting as her adrenaline wore off. This time, though, she could go another half an hour with the scumbag.
“You know, you’ve caused my unit quite a lot of trouble,” she said casually as she readjusted her headband. He was such a weakling that her hair was hardly messed up; her uniform was going to need a decent wash but this time it was mostly from blood splatter. His.
Instead of speaking – which he technically couldn’t do since she had duct-taped his mouth too – he shot her a look of deepest loathing.
“Well, you have.” She laughed and nodded at the violet bruise that was spreading across his collarbone, then prodded it with her baseball bat. “You hurt one of our soldiers, one of my soldiers, and we just can’t let that go unpunished. Your shoulder was for having the audacity to sneak into camp at night.” Scraping her bat from down his arm to the star-shaped gashes on his lower arm, she smiled slightly. “Consider your wrist a warning to all men. To all enemies. If you mess with us, we will mess with you. You can no longer wash your hands or pull on a shirt without seeing our symbol and without remembering what happens if you decide you’re above the law.”
Footsteps rattled along the corridor, voices echoing as the rest of her unit stormed downstairs to survey the damage. She wiped her face and realised that all the blood belonged to him – she hardly had a scratch on her. It wasn’t a fair fight, really, given that she had lain in wait, hiding in his barracks until she could knock him out with chloroform and drag him back to the interrogation room. Still. That was to be expected when a man took liberties with her soldiers.
“You won’t make that mistake again, will you? Will you?” Striding forward, she tugged the duct tape from his mouth as slowly as she could, relishing the sight of his cracked and peeling lips. He whimpered slightly. “Answer me.”
“No.”
“No what?”
“No, Captain.”
came for the booty, stayed for the booty:)
