I think my only complaint is the glasses since the bunker scene in the first movie really made it seem like he can't see very well without them. Everything else, 100% spot-on
OH wow, tHANK YOU, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d get anyone else agreeing with me on this (aside from my drift partner, @baldwinboy5ive, of course), but of course, that’s silly and hipster of me.
But anyway, yes, super agreed re the glasses, my friend. In fact, the first thing I said when I saw the trailer was, “WHO SAID NEWT COULD GET LASIK?!” I go between wondering if he actually did get Lasik or if he’s kind of blind and the precursors are just being big dicks about it? But then how could he do his job for them? Idk. Either way, I’m щ(ಥ_ಥщ) about it because I MISS THEM GLASSES, M’KAY.
