DUDE I TOTALLY FORGOT TO ANSWER THAT ASK, I'm sorry for the delay. I hope you can still appreciate it. To clarify: those are not OCs, because I didn't create these characters, but there is little to no information about them in their canon material, so any of my interpretations and ideas were original writing superimposed in them. It's like, Schrödinger's OC.

For starters, there is Minecraft Steve and Alex, as well as Herobrine. Herobrine specifically is like a fandom-wide collective OC, since he's not even canon to minecraft!

Next one is from Undertale, and I'm sure everyone has their own interpretation to Dr. W. D. Gaster's story and personality.

The next one is RK900, from Detroit Become Human, also nicknamed "Nines" by the fandom. Though ngl, my interpretations of him are very different from most of the fandom. I don't even ship him with that Reed guy.

And then there's Ryley Robinson, the player character of Subnautica. Since Ryley is a silent protagonist, he doesn't have a canon personality, so you can give him one. I actually made my Ryley to be nonbinary, so they use they/them instead.

Lastly, and whoa- the only one who isn't from a videogame. I think out of all OCs this is the most OC one. I mentioned I had a second Wraith character in this category. Well, there's this Wraith in Stargate Atlantis s5 ep19, who appeared in only one episode, didn't say a word, but he disguised himself as a human goth and it was hot as fuck and I decided I had to develop his life's story.
