i was thinking about mcgucket being surprised that stan is ford's twin and not older brother since he looks noticably older and mcgucket only started getting his memories of ford back pretty recently (him technically showing up in stanchurian candidate but not actually interacting with the cast until weirdmageddon is a shame....)

but then there's also stan's side of him being genuinely shocked to learn that mcgucket isn't 100 years old and is around his own age since the memory gun made mcgucket age rapidly just a few months after stan arrived in town
