they were supposed to teach me how to cope with things. not teach me that coping in healthy ways gets me locked in a small room all alone.

they were supposed to teach me how to make friends. not give me fear of trusting people and losing people.

they were supposed to help me. not fucking traumatize me.

am i the only one who, every time they turn on the news, get more and more scared and loose more and more hope in the future?
