British singer and songwriter, @craigdavid , pays tribute to Aaliyah on this day by singing her hit song, “4 Page Letter”.

I remember being apart of the Aaliyah and Craig David Street Teams and promoting his and (of course) Aaliyah's Red Album on my Aaliyah Yahoo group back when her album came out in 2001. *sigh* Do they even do Street Teams anymore?

#SlickerThanYourAverage was my absolute favorite album of his. He is not that popular here in the USA but he is big (obviously) in the UK.

UK R&B/Pop singer Craig David pays homage and shares his cover of Aaliyah's "4 page Letter" on his social platforms.

David was popular in the USA back in the early 2000's with his R&B hits "7 Days", "Walking Away", What's Your Flavor", and "Fill me In" (and those were just a few of my favs).

I remember the Official Street Teams back in the early 2000's. Although there was MANY Official Street Teams, I definitely supported Aaliyah, Beyonce and Craig David's Street Team material heavy on my AU pages/groups back then *sigh* those were the days.

Non Aaliyah Related Side Note: I remember Beyonce's Official Street Team sent me free Beyonce Perfume (a large bottle) for helping with their promotions, a cool moment I never forgot.
