Ukupanipo & Kailani
NOTHING TO SEE HERE, move along.
Bryan and Ukupanipo have been together for a while, and things are going very well in their secluded island paradise. Bryan finally asks if he’d like to make it official. Want to put a label on this great thing we have?
I mean... DUH. Ukupanipo is in agreement. Let’s see where it leads us! And more importantly, SELFIE TIME!
It’s happening: Bryan has acted in so many freaking movies that the industry was basically forced to give him a celebrity tile on Starlight Blvd. He might not be acting in the most groundbreaking or experimental films ever made... but they have made a lot of people a lot of money.
Bryan places his tile with several fans present and basks in the glory of his own hard-earned success. It reads:
“Bryan Keane. For gifting the world with one incredible performance after another, and shining a light on the need for environmental harmony worldwide.”
Ukupanipo showed up too, and Bryan made a show of his appreciation there as well. That should give the paparazzi something to talk about.
After making it home, Ukupanipo extends his own personal congratulations for the accolade as well.
Bryan and Ukupanipo confront a poacher who attempted to flee into the water-- only to be chased down by two extremely quick mermaids. It’s townie Clay Carlin, and he’s not too happy about the confrontation.
Bryan is quick to remind Clay that picking a fight with two mermaids out in the open water is probably a bad idea, considering they’re kind of known for drowning sailors and the like. Is he sure he doesn’t want to reconsider? The threat of mermadic powers-- and Ukupanipo’s very unsettling, sharpened smile-- calms him down a little.
Outmatched, he quickly apologizes and runs off.
Ukupanipo mentions he knows a private place nearby and leads them to a nearby waterfall for more mermaid thottery. Bryan lets everything go and just... enjoys the moment.
One night, Bryan ventures into a very remote area and runs into Ukupanipo once again, who he hasn’t seen in some time. Bryan greets him warmly, but sensing he’s troubled, Ukupanipo invites him out for a late-night swim.
