Just running a quick test on the shutter release mechanism on my Speed Graphic with my cable release. Looks like everything is working as it should. Will have to run some preliminary tests to see how accurate the shutter speeds actually are. In the process of modifying my Argyle14x18 camera to use with Nikkor process lenses, I have full control over aperture but have no way of being accurate with shutter speeds. For this reason I decided to buy a Graflex Speed Graphic and strip it down to just the rolling shutter in the body. One of the biggest challenges I found was connecting my stripped down Graflex Speed Graphic to my Argyle14x18 portrait camera.
