Just so we're clear, I'm definitely not saying that your fears aren't valid- whatever it is that you're worried about, you should feel it, learn healthy ways to process it, and really not be concerned about how it tastes to me. I've mentioned it before many times on this blog, I'm not the guy to go to for feelsy stuff... after all, I practically exploit feelings for selfish gains. 😶 All in all, I think that covers everything about how I feed.
