I designed and drew Ultimate AmpFibian

Powers and abilities: All of the same abilities as base form AmpFibian to a more powerful extent (he can absorb and generate much more electricity), in particular his mind reading is far more advanced, he can communicate telepathically and using his thinner tenticles he can 'plug in' to organic life forms and take full control over thier mind. In addition he now has mist generation abilities (he has pores inbetween his 2 main body layers that generate mist), and water kinessis (literally waterbending). As for weaknesses, while his body isn't as fragile as base form AmpFibian, the two tendriles on top of his head/body are what he uses to communicate telepathicly and are directly connected to his brain, as such a direct hit to them may temporarily stun him.
