25. Talk about an ex-best friend.
Haha, wow, okay, wow. *sweats nervously* Honestly, it wasn’t even a messy thing at all. It felt more like a falling out, you know? I still care about this person so, so, so much even if we aren’t as close as we used to be. Okay, so I had two best friends and the three of us were a trifecta -- practically attached to the hip. We all did everything together. But after junior year, you know, she just started becoming more distant. Not to my other best friend, but to me. I was convinced she didn’t really want me as a friend anymore. Even today, we act civil with each other but we don’t really talk much anymore and she has an entirely different squad. It’s just... different. So yeah.
26. Talk about things to do when you’re sick.
See when I’m sick, I alternate between sleeping and eating soup and watching Netflix. It’s a vicious cycle, but it works!
39. Talk about things you wish you’d known earlier.
I wish that I had known that perfection didn’t exist earlier. I wish I knew what love meant and how it felt to love not just other people, but to love myself. I wish I knew what confidence was. I wish I knew that putting plastic in the microwave was a terrible idea. I wish I knew that you shouldn’t unleash a dog until they’re inside of the house. I wish I had known about college applications and expenses. I wish I knew how to talk to people. I wish I had known that people loved and cared for me. I wish I had known that I’m proud to be who I am today.
Tell me to talk about things!
