Ultimategalactic stumbled upon a Madscientist of Orre

Ivion stood up top one of the two satellites in front the Veilstone building. He had gotten himself lost yet again, but this time he was at least lost in the city he was aiming for. Ivion had traveled over to Veilstone City in Sinnoh to collect some materials he needed for a project of his, but like per usual he had gotten lost.

"I wonder where I am?" Ivion stroked his goatee while speaking to himself on the matter at hand. "Maybe over there or maybe there? I really should have asked someone for directions. Maybe someone in the building behind me can give me directions?" He turned his head to look towards the Galactic Veilstone Building
