I have not been to Elk Neck. I don't even know where it is -- I'll have to look it up. But you should absolutely try Cunningham Falls when you're back down here. It's just gorgeous. I've been going there since I was a kid.

ISN'T THAT HAT THE MOST? His aunt gave it to him for Christmas. But lol. My youngest is seriously like some weird combination of a puppy, a mountain goat, and the Energizer Bunny. He constantly begs to do stuff outdoors, and for example, today he probably went twice the distance anyone else did, because he kept running way up the trail, off the trail, back down the trail, etc. As long as you have water, he simply does not get tired. Ever. God forbid you should forget water. Then you are fucked but good.

Pretty sure that in order to reach for real adulthood, I need to stop saying "like" every other word. *sighs*

SO many people I have met on here live in the MD/DC/VA area. Are you north or south or what?

It's true. I have become something like five thousand percent less cool since I moved to NY. Both my niece and nephew were partying up in your general direction last night:)
