 After stepping out of an ice cream shop to get himself a milkshake, Killua immediately froze. There was an abnormal chill in the air, it made him REALLY uncomfortable. His heightened senses always allowed him to be extra cautious and especially wary of his surroundings, even if it seemed like he wasn’t always on his guard. His sharp gaze scanned around him, but only seconds after did he hear an explosion, along with a car alarm going off afterwards.

‘‘....--The hell is going on?’‘ Came the thought quickly, Killua was trying to avoid conflict, not get dragged to into it. By the feeling he was getting, the cause of the disturbance was especially dangerous.’‘

The injured figure slowly sits up from the floor, round eyes blinking for a second before their head cranks sideways to look at her.

“Sorry, what~? Were you talking to me? I was taking a power nap, hehe.”

A myriad of glass shards are unmistakably sticking out of this person’s body, yet it’s almost as if they haven’t noticed. And strange... There’s no blood.

If you’re going to that one...” Mashirao scratched at his cheek, the memory of the previous day flashing through his mind, “There was this mishap with a classmate’s Quirk and-- “Er, long story short! The surviving equipment in that closet is really high up. If you need help getting something down, I wouldn’t mind lending a hand.”

She flops backwards, kicking her feet as she counts a sizable wad of cash. “If you’re looking for a hire, I don’t really take cases from kids. If you’re looking for information, well, that’s extra.”

All Might can’t remember a time he’s been so on edge, desperately waiting for Ishikawa to breath again. He should’ve sent her back to the school, said that she wasn’t ready to be out in the field.

This was his fault.

“Please, please.” It must be odd to see the symbol of peace keen over his hastily fading student, clutching and begging her to hold on. “Breathe.”
