"Do you want some cocoa?"
“No.”
ultrcnprime It wasn't often that Xavia left the country the find her books. Most of the time she met someone in New York, or they would come to the shop to show her what they'd found. Or often she'd have them delivered. But the man she was supposed to meet had gotten sick, and couldn't travel to meet her. So she'd packed her bags and set out to get her books. She'd been rather excited for these, as they were old spellbooks that seemed to be straight from Asgard. After picking up her books, the Aesir had decided to explore a bit. So with her spellbooks packed away safely in her bag, she set out. "Huh...this place isn't on my map..." She mumbled to herself as she stepped into an old warehouse. Much to her excitement, there were several stacks of books on the dusty floor. Kneeling down on the ground, she busied herself with sifting through the stacks.
In Ruins | UltrcnPrime

To look upon the gaping crater was as if staring upon a still bleeding wound, with the debris and rubble scattered about, mangled with metal and fire.
Bodies buried in the dirt, beneath boulders. The acrid sting to the eyes and throat of burning... everything at some point had burned.
Destruction had fallen further than the crater, for miles the forest was decimated. The landscape would be marred, and for it to heal would take a great deal of time and energy.
The crater was but a few days old, no massive amount of human relief efforts had come in just yet, and with this carnage the spirit doubted that there even would be. The population of this area had all been displaced, perhaps she would keep it that way.
This had all been unexpected, her usual work keeping her busy, the rearing of an ocean storm. The pain was sharp, and it still hovered in her body, never had she felt the earth pulled from it’s place. She’d been enraged, what had dared? Had it been one of her own realm, or craft of human? Unanswered questions had fueled that wrath known by humans to be terrifying, in the wake of it many perished.
The storm overhead was dark, rolling with thunder and powerful strokes of lightening as the spirit walked among what was left, drenched and dripping with eyes dark. Anger had dissipated with each passing second of the rain, as oil, blood, and ash ran in rivets down the crater. She would turn it into a lake, an oasis for the new life that would be here.
She’d make it beautiful again. Nature’s healing touch.
Her steps took her from the craters edge, and toward the giant mountains of rock and machine, her eyes wide at how complex and advanced what she saw was. She doubted the remnants belonged strictly to human creation, though the species kept advancing, in ways she did not favor.
Seraphina stepped toward a mangled piece of machinery that reminded her of the human’s jet engines, though much bigger. She stopped, all had been silent, she had thought. But there seemed to be a hum deep in this particularly large mountain. Brows furrowed, there was no signs of life, none that she could feel. Whatever it was must of been the fading power in the machines, but it seemed far more steady than faltering.
From her physical form she shifted into an invisible current of air, slipping through the impassible mess of debris.
"Come to confess your sins?"
“How long’ve you got? This might take a while...”

The eight foot machine’s feet stretched over the end of the bed, essentially only his upper legs were not hanging from the bed. His shiny eyelids scrunched, and a deep, rough moan vibrated from his the base of his metal neck. Ultron raised himself on his elbows, squinting over to the Inhuman. “Crystal?” He whispered, rasping.
Hearing her name caused her to stop in her tracks. She paused, clutching her shirt to her chest before straightening up and turning back to face him. “Hey..” She muttered awkwardly before trying to regain some composure. “My family is going to start to wonder where I am, I really need to get back to them.”
