Umabo’s New Spot at Setiabudi!
Umabo just moved its home to Setiabudi One! With its ever-delicious food and, now, super photogenic location, this restaurant is a must try!
We all know that location is key when it comes to restaurants. But nowadays, #instaworthy-ness is also key. Along with the actual food itself. Well, instaworthy food is also definitely key. Rather, many things are key (it seems that there are many locks to open in restaurants). With those in mind, Umabo is holding more keys than before with its new location at Setiabudi One!
When Umabo moved its vicinity from Jalan Wijaya to the Setiabudi building, I was immediately intrigued. Not that the previous location was bad, it’s just that it was in its own building and I would have to exclusively go there to eat. With its new location at Setiabudi, I could achieve more things while having lunch at the restaurant in between - I could stop by Surface Skin Habit to get my facial beforehand, eat lunch at Umabo, then maybe a quick coffee at Starbucks or St. ALi after.
Umabo identifies itself as a quick-bite restaurant, which means that it serves easy to eat menu, perfect for lunch or snacks. The food served include rice bowls, burgers and fries, with added toppings like bacon, cheese and all other sorts. The location serves the brand’s purpose very well, with its outdoor area and simple designs. I would say that it was a great call for Umabo to move here!
Although, for this lunch, I was being treated by Umabo’s chef, Fernando Sindu, I have always been a big fan of the brand. Take a look at what I had at Umabo.
