Having listened to all of The Penumbra Podcast so far, I fell that I can confidently say that although the series has many, many great lines, this one is the best:

I think that as long as it's something that makes you happy, it matters, because your happiness matters. Like so long as you do get some sleep at some point, and you eat, and spend time on things that make you happy, who cares about whether it's productive or not, because in a way it is.
