Following Raccoon City destruction, Jill & Chris joined to B.C.U. the private regional Biohazard Containment Unit in order to opposite bioterrorism around the globe. On February 18th 2003, they managed to find the last Umbrella fortress and eliminated the most powerful BOW controlled by company Red Queen AI, T-Alos.

They're remembered as

Following RECV events, Jill & Chris reunited in Europe. They joined to BCU, one of the first organizations focused to eliminate BOWs.

Jill & Chris became officialy professional soldiers against BOWs right thanks to BCU times despite the impressive experience they already had for RE1,RE3 & RECV

Their surpassing skills made them chosen for becoming 2 of original 11 BSAA founders through this group.

Chris has always eyes on Jill. In RETUC she hoped new BOW was just a rumor so she lets out a sad sigh when she's realized they're really in the last Umbrella lab:

Chris immediately notices that and asks what's wrong with a tender tone.

Even during the fights Chris doesn't lose his focus on Jill. In fact while they're facing T-ALOS, he looks away for a moment in order to watch over her.
