It's definitely not a scam! It's a real degree program from a regionally accredited school that has a brick and mortar campus in Maine. I don't know how much you know about colleges, so in case you're not aware (at least here in the USA, unsure where you are) regional accreditation is what you want to look for to find reputable schools. National accreditation isn't bad but not considered as reputable.
I did my bachelor's in 2023, so there may be some changes, but I'll answer what I can! I'm doing my masters through UMPI YourPace right now.
If you haven't found them yet, you might want to check out College Hacked on YouTube- they have some videos that talk about UMPI, and they have a discord. There is also a discord server for UMPI YourPace students that has a lot of good information. PlottedPath is a great resource for planning your degree- there are both paid and free options depending on what you need. DegreeForum has some helpful information as well. Lastly, there is a reddit forum for UMPI. As usual with reddit be cautious with that one, but sometimes there's good info.
