Ramadan is the Muslim holy month, which consists of 30 days of fasting from sunrise to sunset, as prescribed by the Quran.
For centuries, Muslims have observed Ramadan as a 4th Islamic pillar, in which the Holy Book “Quran” was sent down as perfect guidance for people.
Fasting means refraining from all bodily pleasures and stamping out worldly desires in order to serve Allah’s obedience.
This is the most important indulgence that a human may have with his creator.
