Hey! Try bending your knees deeply before you fold in your forward fold. That might help! :)
Okay, thanks, I'll try, but my knees don't actually bend super-deep. Like, when they say 'bend your knees until you can press your body against your thighs ' .... yeah, that never happens. I can only bend them so much, at least standing up. Squats aren't in my life.
But I'll try to do that as much as I can next time and see what happens.. Thanks!
