Hello dear!!  You’re so sweet for checking in on me as I too haven’t been around as much as I normally do - I’ve been wrestling some internal demons so I took some time away to focus on my health, but I’m coming around again!  I’m just in the middle of making a white bean and kale soup with Stewie, and as for working out I had to pause my gym membership for a couple months so I could budget for the holidays coming up, I’ll be returning in November though :D
