I’m draining The uncapping tank today @amomsday Nicole this is the cappings from the honey frame where the bees cap off the honey to keep moisture out and their stores as needed. The bees will not cap the honey until they have the moisture out. So when you cut The capping offs they drain in the uncapping tank then you drain into the bucket with the strainer. #beekeepersofinstagram #beekeepershavethebestjob #beek #beekeeping #uncappingtank
