I was reading an Uncle Dante fic and I was wondering, what if Nero got a DNA test??

Like, he knows that he's related to Dante but not how and Dante avoids the topic like it's an olympic sport so he decides to steal a hair or, the easier option, take some blood and send it to a clinic.

And because he's a twin, Dante is genetically his father and Nero is pissed, because now he thinks his father abandoned him and is still trying to pretend there isn't a connection between them. So Nero obviously goes to Devil May Cry immediately and tries to beat his ass.

Dante would try to deny the connection but Nero would bring out the paternity test and Dante would have to tell him that he's not his but his twin brother's kid. Which would not fly with Nero because he'd be like, "Oh that's so convenient that you have a twin brother that I've never heard of, seen or met."

Dante might try to explain or go silent because, "how am I supposed to tell this kid that I killed his dad?" And Nero gets frustrated and just leaves.
