"Hyung can I...oh- oh my," Jimin cooed, stopping his movements when he spotted the three of you snuggled against each other on the couch. He quickly pulled out his phone to snap a few pictures before tip-toeing his way to the sofa where your daughter lay between the two of you, bright eyes fixed on Jimin as her dimples covered most of her cheeks. "Hi baby," Jimin made a cute face at her, giggling when she kicked her feet excitedly and the widest smile grew on her face.
"Come here you," He bent down and caught her gently, picking her up and kissing her cheek repeatedly as she giggled and pulled on his lower lip with her fingers. "Don't wanna wake up mommy and daddy now, do we? Do you want to spend some time with your uncle?" With one last look at you resting your head against Yoongi's arm, he began to walk out of the room with an excited baby in his arms.
"When did you grow up so much?" He squeezed her cheek softly, running his hand along her light brown hair that was just reaching her shoulders. "You were the tiniest little baby in my arms."
Jimin entered his studio only to find Jungkook sitting on his computer. "What are you doing?"
"Oh, hyung, I was about to start a VLive," he smiled, standing up from his chair and making his way to the two of them, "Hi cutie pie," he murmured, pulling her away from Jimin and holding her up in the air, "Ayee, aren't you the cutest? Hmm? Aren't you the cutest?" He spoke in a high-pitched voice, shaking her gently as she shrieked in joy.
"You were about to start a VLive? In my studio?" Jimin inquired, shaking his head nonetheless and making his way to the stand in the corner of the room to pick up his coat. Jungkook grinned sheepishly, shrugging his shoulders. "Oh let me get this for you," he smiled, using the edge of his shirt to wipe off the drool that was sliding down her chin.
"Are you going out? Can I come?" Jungkook asked, watching curiously as Jimin slipped on his boots and pulled the zip up. Jimin shook his head, "No, today my princess will spend time with her favorite uncle."
"That means I have to be there," Jungkook giggled, kissing her cheek and tickling her stomach. Jimin raised an eyebrow, "You're not her favorite uncle."
"I think I am, aren't I?" He asked her, watching in amusement as she began to kick her legs against his chest, happy giggles bubbling out of her. "See? She's saying that I am her favorite uncle."
Jimin shook his head again, walking up to the two of them and standing in front of her. "Watch this." Jungkook's eyes grew wide as she leaned towards Jimin with her arms outstretched, a loud scream leaving her lips as Jimin caught her and held her to him. "See?"
Jungkook gasped in fake horror but soon began to laugh when she pulled on Jimin's earring, causing him to wince as he bent his head awkwardly in the direction she was pulling it. "I'm seeing."
"This is just her way of loving me," Jimin defended with a roll of his eyes, gently prying her fingers away from the silver metal and bouncing her on his hip.
"Hyung, I leave in two days, when are you leaving? Do you want to go together?" Jungkook sat back down on the chair. It had been the start of their break just yesterday, and the whole group sat down this morning to discuss their plans for the holidays this season, only for Jimin to fall asleep on the floor and miss out on whatever they were discussing.
"Okay, we can go back together. Do you know when Yoongi hyung is leaving?" Jimin asked.
Jungkook pulled his leg up onto the other knee to massage it, "Yeah, they're leaving tomorrow morning."
"Oh, that's soon," Jimin sighed, looking back at the little girl in his arms who had gotten herself occupied with the silver strands on Jimin's hair. "This will be her first Christmas," he stroked her cheek lovingly.
"Time flies," Jungkook commented, thinking back to just ten months ago when he saw her for the very first time, cheeks and lips redder than cherries as she gazed up at him with large eyes. "I'm glad Yoongi hyung chose you to be her godfather," Jungkook spoke sincerely, sending Jimin a light-hearted smile. "You pamper her so much, I can totally see her growing up with your attitude."
"As much as I love Yoongi hyung, I want her to be able to speak out whatever she feels, and it would be the coolest thing if she shares that bond with me. I feel really sad when Yoongi hyung hides the pain he goes through." He gently tucked her hair behind her ear, "I want her to know that even though she's not my own child, she will always be my first princess." Jimin looked back to Jungkook who was watching them fondly. "Even when I have my own kids someday, she will always be my baby."
"I know hyung," Jungkook smiled. "And I'm sure she will always look up to you."
Jimin chuckled, nodding and kissing her head. "I better get going now, I have a long day planned with my princess."
🎄
Jimin walked back into Yoongi's studio, turning his head around the corner with your daughter in his arms to check if you both were still asleep. "Ah, (Y/n)..." he greeted you when he saw your eyes open. "Jimin?"
"I'm taking her out for a bit, is that fine?" he asked you, smiling when he saw you nod instantly, "Of course."
"Alright, I'll just..." he walked to the corner to grab her stroller and bag which had water and a few sterilized bottles with milk powder and an extra change of clothes with a few diapers. "We'll be back soon, but if you guys head out before I reach, I'll drop her home, okay?"
You smiled gently at him, making grabby hands at your daughter who was staring at you. "Okay, stay safe."
And with that, Jimin left the studio, opening up the stroller and placing her in, buckling her up and setting the bag in the place behind. "Okay buttercup, are you ready for our adventure?"
🎄
Jimin spent the next five hours with a happy baby, which he thanked his lucky stars for, walking endlessly throughout the mall, occasionally bending down and making funny faces at his niece who played with her favorite toy bus. With frequent chats that he had with the bodyguard who walked him, Jimin thanked him gratefully every time he placed the various bags of goodies he bought in his hands.
Jimin made sure he walked through every aisle of every store, checking out all the clothes that had soft pastel shades because he thought your daughter looked the prettiest in them, walking out of one store with only a small purple beanie that fit her head just right, and eventually falling in love with a tiny star-shaped diamond pendant that hung at the end of a delicate silver chain. Jimin remembered thinking to himself that he could buy the world for his little princess, bending down in the middle of the store only to gently clip the necklace behind her head.
"You look so pretty," he grinned, picking up the pendant delicately with his finger and looking up at her. She kicked her feet with no idea what was happening around her, simply enjoying the fact that Jimin was speaking to her.
There was nothing that could possibly hold him back though, right from cute socks to dollhouses, Jimin bought what he thought was best for his little niece. With endless pictures that he clicked, Jimin made sure he used every facility that was available in the mall. He even spent quite some time in the play area, helping her slide down the tiny red slide, throwing her up into the air and swooshing her around, holding onto her protectively as he sat in the ball pit, laughing in amusement as she wagged her arms excitedly, little screams of joy leaving her chest.
It was only about an hour later when Jimin huffed slightly, sitting down on his haunches to give her some water when he finally acknowledged the ache in his feet. Looking down at his watch, he gasped slightly when he noticed it had been seven hours since he had been out. "Are you hungry princess?" He rubbed her stomach gently, but she only babbled wildly, patting her toy bus with her chubby little hands.
"How on earth does she still have energy?" He giggled, looking back up to the man to had just made a run for the car to place all the bags in there. "Are you ready to leave, Jimin-ssi?" He asked.
"Just one more stop," Jimin glanced up towards the last shop on the floor, "Then we can go."

If there wasn't a limit, your eyes would've been larger than dinner plates at the moment. You watched in shock as the same man ran back and forth thrice with an armful of bags, huffing in exhaustion as he finally came back with a large heavy bag that he had to carry with both of his hands.
"What the hell," Yoongi commented, walking out of the bedroom with a towel around his shoulder. "Did you buy the entire store?"
"Not quite," Jimin sat down on the couch with an exasperated yell. "Ow, I'm so hungry."
"We saved some dinner for you," you walked into the kitchen to bring his plate that you had served and placed it in the oven to keep it warm. Smiling to yourself at the giggle that left your daughter's mouth, you knew that Yoongi had finally lifted her up and into his arms.
"You're such a lifesaver," Jimin moaned at the sight of the food on the plate, accepting it gratefully and melting back into the couch.
"This is beautiful," Yoongi whispered, finally noticing the chain that was resting against his daughter's chest. "I know right?" Jimin pointed his fork to the chain, giggling sheepishly when you pushed his hand back down. "I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it."
"And what is that?" Yoongi pointed to the large box that sat next to the door. "A dollhouse."
"A dollhouse?!" both you and Yoongi exclaimed, turning to glare at Jimin. "We have two dollhouses already Jimin."
Jimin nodded with a mouthful of food, pointing desperately to the box and gulping down hard, "This one has a kitchen too!"
Yoongi began to laugh, shaking his head at Jimin's words. "I bet these are clothes?" He gestured towards the four rectangular bags that sat against the wall. Jimin nodded again, using his fingers to bite into the meat. "I bought a little onesie for her, it's red and green with white trees on it and has a little tail behind it. She looks so cute in it. (Y/n)-" he turned to you, "Can you make her wear that for Christmas?"
You stared at Jimin in wonder, also joining Yoongi and chuckling softly, "Okay Jimin."
"And that, hyung can you get that bag? Wait I'll-" he placed his plate down but you quickly stopped him. "First eat, then we can see it."
"It's not even Christmas yet, aren't we supposed to open it later?" Yoongi asked, pulling a bag that was close to him and peeking into it.
"No, I want to see your reactions when you open it, so you will have to open them all out now."
You sighed, patting Jimin's back. "We will, now eat your food before it gets cold."
You both turned to look at Yoongi when you heard him gasp, "Are these...?"
Jimin nodded proudly, "Vegetables."
"What the heck Jiminie," he began to laugh loudly, inspecting the stuffed vegetable plushies and pulling out a chili by the stalk, "Wait, this is cute."
"See?" Jimin smirked, shrugging his shoulders at you when you pulled out a tomato from the bag. He quickly finished up the last of his meal, stuffing the piece of meat into his mouth and leaving the plate on the table nearby. He walked up to Yoongi and pushed him towards the couch before making you do the same. You both sat silently, watching him as Jimin walked to the corner and pulled out a large rectangular box that was covered in a Christmas-themed wrapping paper.
"This is for you."
And with that, he place the gift onto your laps, the box even bigger than the couch as you and Yoongi stretched out your arms on either side to hold it. "This is huge!"
"Wait, I'll open it from here," Yoongi suggested, pulling off the tape and carefully opening the wrapping from his side of the box. Jimin sat back on the floor with a proud smile, holding his little niece in his lap as he watched you both get rid of the wrapping.
"Oh my goodness," he giggled excitedly when he heard you gasp, leaning down to place a loud kiss on your daughter's cheek.
"Jimin-ah..." He heard Yoongi mutter softly, both of your faces hidden behind the box. "No way."
"Yes way, do you like it?"
The room fell silent, except for the little words that came from your daughter as she spoke animatedly to herself. Yoongi was the first to stand up, helping you place the frame down before walking towards Jimin and leaning down to hug him. "Bro, I'm not used to your hugs," Jimin teased, but still embraced him with one arm. Your daughter looked up in confusion, pulling on Yoongi's shirt until he looked down and picked her up.
"Jiminie, come here," you stood up as well, pulling him into a hug. He sighed into your embrace, patting your back when he heard you sniffle quietly. "Do you like it?"
You nodded, letting go of him to look back at the frame. It was the most meaningful gift you had ever received, your eyes welling up with tears as you gazed at the moment that Jimin had captured for the two of you. The moment when your lives changed forever.
The picture in the frame was a shade of neutral grey, your hair wet and sticking to your forehead as you cried bitterly, Yoongi leaning against you with silent tears rolling down his cheeks, the two of you looking at your newborn baby girl that lay against your chest. That was the moment that had been like the sunrise after the stormy night, a sigh of relief after an endless struggle. You remember Yoongi breaking down instantly the moment he found out he had a daughter, his eyes never leaving the beauty that the two of you had created.
"I love it."
Jimin grinned, his own eyes glassing over as he squeezed your shoulder. "I want you to hang this up in her room. So that she's always reminded of how strong her parents are."
"My little girl is so blessed to have so many people who love her," Yoongi murmured against his daughter's hair, placing soft kisses on her head.
"This is just me, wait for the rest of the boys to spoil her. She's going to have the best Christmas this year!" Jimin exclaimed, clapping his hands in excitement.
You sighed, wiping your eyes and wrapping an arm around Jimin, the two of you watching the way Yoongi held his little girl in his arms. "At this rate, we will have no more space for her things."
Jimin smiled, looking down to wink at you. "I will take care of that."
