Not really. Prison School was a Comedy/Ecchi anime, so there was really no surprise there. It achieved what it intended to do, which was to be funny, shameless and provoking. And there was nothing wrong with its art style and animation either.
Hand Shakers, on the other hand, is an Action series that actually pretends to have a story to tell, and a serious plot.
