it appears skaia has been covered in stormclouds on entry, similar to what I've heard about dead sessions.
the issue is, I'm not in a dead session, but I know one of my Co-players has a deathly weakness to sunlight. is the result a bug or intended for their vampirism?
Skaia has been deliberately scripted to avoid "kill Player on entry" conditions. Which, yes, if a Player in the Session is killed by Skylight>=(0;16] (16 being the standard "daylight" Skylight value, think clear sunny summer afternoon), then Skaia will render with Skylight just barely below the autokill threshold.
