Wraith mercy chatting over tea with lich Moira, vampire widow and evil trickster fae Sombra?

First'all, who runs things down in the underworld (wraith mercy AU to me)? Mercy herself? Second'all, what would it be like for a handful of them to go on a trip or a mission? Like wraith mercy, oni genji, and that lich Moira and vampire widow etc?? Or, And I know you might have never thought that much about these iterations of the characters before, but what would their backstories be? Mercy's specifically? How did she become a wraith working or running this underworld? I'm sorry I love them

[[I did think about them occasionally, since I do enjoy an edgy AU sometimes. Hm I won’t say that she really runs the underworld AU thing. Shes more like cooperating with the other characters? Maybe for a common goal/interest that lead them together. You can decide what that is if you want. So the missions are really dependent on whats needed, mostly they’d operate solo if not maximum trio.]]

[[I’m kinda following the halloween “lore” thing that blizzard has already setup, except with some tweaks like witch mercy is swapped for wraith mercy. Ronin genji eventually becomes oni genji at some point in his own story. Hanzo too in his own ways. I’m not really including the fae/fairy sombra, lich moira etc for those that dont have a “dead” skin yet cause I kinda wana see what blizzard has installed for them for their halloween skins. Unless they are really bad that I reject em mentally.]]

[[I’m mostly involving those characters that have dead halloween skins as their revived/afterlife versions of themselves after they have died. I mostly follow the original lore for their deaths. So Jack and Gabe died in an explosion. Ana during her mission. Reinhardt maybe passed away full of regrets? I’m not sure bout pharah but we can think of something thats the cause of her death and resurrection.]]

[[Hm, I’d like to think that wraith mercy is mercy when she gives up her moral ethics of saving someone’s life. Maybe an accident where she was powerless to help/save everyone around her to the point that she despairs? Since I kinda like the idea that shes able to see the souls and interact with them, which makes it more painful for her to see so many around her.]]

I had a thought, what if someone/you/us/me made a hell AU with Halloween characters skins and just creepy skins in general, wraith mercy, oni genji, possessed phara zombie 76 etc? This little think was inspired by the background in your last wraith/oni Gency comic but if you don't wanna do it that's fine because I don't wanna make you feel obligated to if you don't want to I'm sorry

New AU (The undead AU) (This isn’t Undead Wally’s reference sheet, that’ll come out later)

Context: After all the welcome home characters all died, Months go by and suddenly, Wally finds himself out in the middle of the forest with no memory of how he got there. He doesn’t remember how he died or how he suddenly came back, he just knows he’s undead. Due to having to witness the deaths of all his friends, Undead wally has become very paranoid, hostile and delusional. He carry’s around a knife to keep himself and Home safe. He won’t actually attack anyone, he will keep his distance and stay on guard when encountering anyone he doesn’t know. Undead Wally suffers from hallucinations and night terrors, He forces himself to stay awake for weeks on end, He constantly has visions of his dead friends, hearing their voices in his head 24/7.

Undead wally is currently hiding in an abandon house deep in the forest with Home, unable to go bakc to the neighborhood because it was half way destroyed and no longer a livable place to stay.
