iii   .       d   is   a    skilled    roller   -   skater   ,    she   can   pull   all   sorts   of   stunts   and   enjoys   showing   off.

the tremble in his fingers   is chronic, index  &  middle pressed to the body sprawled on wet pavement. wet with rain-diluted blood. not enough to make a puddle, only a thin stream making it’s way into the cracks. a pulse thrums beneath the pads of his fingers, prominent enough that west pulls his hand back as if burned.   ❛   guess he’s unconscious.   ❜   he’ll stand again, poke at the stranger with the toe of his boot.   ❛   think anyone’ll miss him too bad  ?   ❜
