It wasn’t evident, but his eyelids were a darker complexion, and he was shaking a bit. A lot of things were going through his mind, but he simply stuck with one. “Tonight’s the night that I eliminate those that can subdue me at my lowest. You’re one.”
She lowered her arms calmly, glancing at him through slitted eyes. “Put the gun down.” the spirit ordered gently, keeping her calm composure.

Raven looked around at the crowd, biting down on her bottom lip nervously as she constantly kept looking down on her wrist and would scratch it a few times in case if it wasn't all a trick or if there was some sort of malfunction with her timer.

That's all the time she needed left until she meets the one person who she will spend the rest of her life with, the one person who is destined to be with her. All of her friends already met their loved ones and are very happy with the life they have now, for years she's been alone and was watching from the side. She kept to herself if she would be happy to spend her lifetime with a stranger she's going to meet soon, and she wonders if he or she can handle all the flaws she has; she's not an ideal person for anyone to pursue with.
'This is a mistake, I'm sure the One isn't even here in this crowd,' she thought to herself and pushed her way through the throng of people and not realizing that her time was slowly reaching down to zero until she lost her footing and was about to fall face first into the ground when she felt a pair of arms were wrapped around her waist.
She opened her eyes and slowly looked up into the eyes of a decent-looking man and found herself blushing furiously, feeling her heart racing.
