Went to a con this weekend

Met Jeremy Jordan

Learned JJ originally wanted Winn to become toymaker, and would still be up for it happening (if it does I’ll start watching supergirl again)

He liked my friend’s art

I cosplayed Black Canary on the second day, and this guy sold me 12 BC comics for $5

Met Greg Finley (played Drake on izombie), and it turns out he loves Bonnie & Clyde

Nicholas Brendon (was Xander in Buffy the Vampire slayer, was also on criminal minds) gave me a hug

My friend and I played this cosplay dating game and she kinda won a date with this character from deathnote (idk anything about deathnote, but he was a death god of some kind)

Took a lot of pictures with cool people that liked my costume

Sat on a triceratops

Met some people from Underdog Comics, which is a comic company that centers around telling minority led stories. 

told one of them I was a writer, and he gave me their card, encouraging me to get in touch with them

Boston ComicCon this weekend was probably the best 3 days of my life (with only a little exaggeration). Here are some pics of my amazing Underdog Comics crew and some cosplayers! Join us for Wayland Library Comic Con on Saturday April 7th! There will be comic-making workshops for kids, costumes, games, and comics galore! Underdog Comics along with other comic artists and writers (some for kids and some for adults) will host a table from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. upstairs in the North Wing. Activities for kids, including a super hero training camp, will start at 11 a.m. 

Costumes encouraged! We hope to see you there! We will have cookies.
