Why is it that some people are way more productive with their time than others? - What's the most common excuse people have for not exercising or taking care of their health? 👉It's usually-"I don't have time". - Every time I catch myself saying this, I take a step back and see if this is really a priority for me right now. 👉If the answer is yes, I find a way to fit it in my schedule. 👉If the answer is no, I don't. This will help you focus on what's important and what's not. ✅Schedule your day in advance ✅Identify the most important aspect of any task and do that first. Use the 80/20 rule. ✅Try waking up an hour earlier to work on your most important task. ✅Get enough sleep. This will make you much more productive. ✅Maintain a journal 📓 for your goals, tasks, ideas and reflections. I use the productivity planner. ✅Learn to say 'no' to the tasks that you can avoid. ✅Avoid negative people ✅Try meditation. This will enhance your focus. ✅Focus on 1 thing at a time.
