Freeze! (hello there!!)

Freeze - Find my muse trying to keep warm in the cold.

Sonic hated the cold. Even after spending 10 years on this planet, he never got used to the cold. Of course it was a lot more tolerable from inside a nice warm house with lot blankets and snacks. Though the hibernation jokes from Tom were the worst. Ugh. I think i hate puns more than I hate the cold. And that's saying something! But...while outside, a bit further from home than he really should have been...he got caught in a storm. The rains had suddenly began to poor down on the town, pretty much soaking the kid. That wasn't the problem though. He loved the rain! It was the stronge, freezing cold winds that whistled though the trees that got him. His felt his body tense up, it was almost a bit painful. The kid couldn't get himself to run, definitely not the distance he was from his house. So the hedgehog had plopped himself behind a tree, huddled close to himself in a ball in an attempt to keep himself warm...

It had been a while since Kitt had visited this place. She had come through this same city once more by an employer’s request for her skills. It was late in the evening, which was all fine for her, when the felinoid approached the building complex. She had come here before, unintentionally stumbling into a rather odd young man. One who wore a lab coat, if she remembered correctly.

Out of curiosity, she wondered if he was still living around here. Using the building fire escapes as her walkway, the cat woman squinted and peeked into the window.

Such a colorful and nature-filled place like this cozy looking village and this lovely flower shop sure was a nice change of pace from his lab, which was filled with big and blocky monitors and other pretty dull-colored colored machines that were just differents shades of grey, except from the shiny buttons and bliking lights that would turn on to warn their conductor that something was off.

“Thank you miss! Quite lovely produtcs you have here…” The last sentence was more of a mutter as he got easily distracted by said products, his eyes left the woman’s figure to analyze said products, he meant to say ‘plants’.

His choice of terminology did make her giggle a little bit, it was rare to hear that someone referred plants and flowers as products after all. Seeing that the man was taking his time to examine each flora her stop had to offer, she walked towards him before saying the following;

“Behind the counter, you can see a small hallway, there is a greenhouse if you wish to look further.” Which Wanda then gestured the direction for him.

Something never addressed in canon: I just have a feeling that some hens are were in the farm far longer than Ginger and some of the crew. Like, not as long as Fowler but something like that. Maybe Bunty as one of them since she looks and sounds quite older than Ginger, Babs, Mac, etc. The rest of the CR fandom did very well with the lore like the Tweedy’s kinship and Fowler’s backstory. (Surprisingly half of it is canon) and I am grateful. Also, I like to keep the time line ambiguous so there will be more to explore.  

Canon character I wish the muse will interact more?: I really don’t know. Especially since I am trying to ease in with the blog. At least some of the gaps from the movie leaves room for me to explore. I am between Bunty and Rocky since I like to play as a brash hen and a laid back American. (We’re both from North America, go figure lol)

Like any creature that lived near water, the croc encountered his share of manmade hazards; this time it was massive fish hook lodged in his side. When the human came close he growled in warning as his tail curled tighter around himself, but it clear the blood pooling on the sand out him he was in no position to defend himself.

Tiny drops of cold sweat could been seen across the scientist’s face as his eyes were locked on the predator in front of him.

It only added to his despair when the vampire approached, and in response to that he attempted to crawl away only to be stopped by the excruciating pain caused by the large gash in his left thigh, immediatly bringing both hands to clentch the wound, already feeling lightheaded from the bloodloss. There was no escape indeed.

“ P-Please… I-I promisse I won’t call the police… o-or anything… just l-lemme go. I won’t tell anyone! I promisse!” The young man’s voice cracked with despair as tears rolled down his face. This must be some crazy murderer that hides in the woods and pretends to be a vampire. That’s must be it. Vampires aren’t real. That’s what Alex told himself…

The smell of the man’s blood in the air was intoxicating to the peckish vampire. His unnatural eyes surveyed his wound in a starved manner.

❝ But I’m so hungry, ❞ he cooed, feigning a pitiful look before resurrecting his dark, toothy grin. ❝ And besides, I can’t just let all that blood keep going to waste.. ❞

Just a few feet away from him now, Leondas fell into a crouch before him, playfully tilting his head as he smiled at him almost tauntingly. He attempted to force eye contact, his gaze now focused entirely on his eyes rather than his wound.

❝ Now, if you’d be so kind as to hold still... ❞
