snarl (from @beep-my-dust)
The crock parted his jaws in a warning snarl, threatened to lunge out of the water. This blue bird was starting to annoy him greatly and had half a mind to eat him for dinner, even his he didn’t like chicken much. @beep-my-dust
🗞 (From Martha)
Send 🗞 to hit my muse with a rolled up magazine
It didn’t necessarily hurt but certainly surprised him. The massive crock drew his head back on surprise with a slightly whinny grumble, careful that might have made mad.
“Quit bearing your teeth at me like you’re hungry! I know a carnivore for any meat when I see one!”
*Martha, if anything, you probably made him more prone to bite you now.
Tick-Tok snarled coming forward again glaring with yellow eyes as he got ready to snap at her, this beast was easily large enough to eat this kitty like a chicken nugget. Though he was agitated by the magazine he could easily be distracted with a snack he would actually want to eat, say, a fish.
Thanks for the follow!
[No problem~]

"Hold still!" (Alex)
Send “Hold still!” to find my muse injured.
Like any creature that lived near water, the croc encountered his share of manmade hazards; this time it was massive fish hook lodged in his side. When the human came close he learned his jaws a hissed, but it clear the blood pooling on the sand out him he was in no position to defend himself.
underground-lab:
He tensed up slightly when croc started to move, but relaxed when he could finally see what the problem was.
Well, ouch. He was no vet but it was going to be tough to remove that hook. Besides, if he caused any further pain the creature could get annoyed and just and devour him on spot, since he would be standing pretty close, it would be easy for it to snap his bones like twigs.
The thought sent chills down the scientist’s spine, but he wasn’t one to turn down a challenge. Alex understood its act of lowering head and displaying the injury as a permission for him to come closer. He breathed in and out slowly in a attempt to calm his already racing heart and approached the croc-like monster.
Now he was pretty close, much within the beast’s reach, and also able to take a closer look. Yep, that pesky piece of metal was dug deep into Croc’s flesh. That’s was going to hurt, not to mention the bloodloss, but considering the beast’s massive size, he doubts it would be too much of a problem for it. Or maybe it would, he wasn’t sure.
Alex decide to take it easy for now, he saw the creature’s lowering its head and decided to try to pet, just to see how it was going to react to his touch, since he would need to touch it. He raised a trembling hand above its head and watched its reaction. Hopefully, that would convice the croc once for all that he wanted to help.
The croc’s rib cage rose and fell with a loud huff as if he was annoyed this human was so frightened, but none the less the croc remained still. A low growl came from his throat at the feeling a warm hand touching him, not out of aggression but a noise of comfort.

The human stepped back at those bared teeth that could tear the flesh out of his bones like butter. He considered leaving the creature at the mercy of its own fate, but how many people would have the chance to witness the existence of such fantastic animal? It looked like it came straight out of a work of fiction!
This thought gave the scientist the determination to gain the mercroc’s trust, so maybe it would allow him to take a closer. Even if zoology wasn’t his field of action, the croc’s unique features certainly picked his interest.
Getting down in one and raising both hands, he hoped he would look less threathing to the mercroc. “Hey there… I’m not gonna hurt you…” The young man said, using a much calmer tone than his initial shout. He didn’t knew if it could understand him, but he figured his smother tone would be enough to show that he meant no harm.
Tic-Tock lowered his head, eyeing the man in front of him as his body uncurled slightly showing the would he was protecting, the hook was making it hard to stay tense without causing more pain. He knew a gentle tone when heard one so the croc slowly laid down fully and if that human really did pose a threat Tic-Tock was large enough to snap him up like a smelt fish.
