Day 7 - Underkeep (quite a nearly forgotten au, that you should check it out! ;w;) Day 8 - Aftertale /Genocide Sans Day 9 - Reapertale Well then I just finished eating, I clump up all of the 3 days since starting at day 10 I did illustrations at that point. XDD Also Underkeep sans was quite a treat, I want to draw something from that au from quite a while now, do check out that old au, even though most people won’t know about it. It’s one of the old au’s that has fully flesh out designs of all of the boss monsters.and the designs are really good, well there is another old au that had some great designs as well. TTWTT (woops sorry for blabbing I’m a bit passionate about old nearly forgotten au’s. TTWTT)

Dear Undertale AU Community (and possibly the owners and creators of this AU in specific)

Before I get into my main topic, I'd just like to say I'm really happy that the UTAU community is still thriving after all these years! I was honestly surprised that people are still making fanart, fanfics, just media in general, for these cool alternate dimensions of a game I and many others loved during our childhoods.

As for what I'd like to talk about, I just want to bring up a specific AU that isn't really talked about very much nowadays. For two years, I was locked into an au called Underkeep, an au where Mettaton rules the underground after Asgore steps down. It was created by @rotodisk (character designs), and @hellyeahlibra and @neon-pigments by creating both parts of the story and music for it, respectively, however of the three, only @rotodisk is left on Tumblr (they also have an Insta and a Twitter handle of the same name and I highly suggest you follow them. Their art is so lovely).

Of all the main characters listed in the AU, the one I'll be asking about is Sans (named Jester in this AU, so I'll be referring to him with that name).

Specifically, why is he portrayed with the 6 human souls?

It's just a small question, but it's one that I've been curious about after revisiting this AU. Why would he have them? Why were they given to him? What could he do with them? Did they alter his powers in any way? Could he absorb them? What are the implications of this, especially in regards to the neutral route final boss and who gets to break the barrier?

Personally, I've headcannoned that with him harboring 6 human souls, he has a limited ability to see past the confines of the world and SAVE, RESET, and RELOAD, but he has yet to use or do any of those things. He also has a memory of previous runs (he remembers you're genocides, if you will). Besides that, he can also integrate different soil attacks into his own, creating more than just blue attacks. However, these are just my headcannons, and I am not entirely sure what the creator's plans are.
