Finally finished the splash, so I can post everything I did for the Victor Maury Splash Art course on Underpaint Academy. I've been shackled for years by this weird anxiety towards backgrounds and honestly I've been struggling for a while with burnout, buffoonery and the feeling that I lost my 'voice' as an artist. I picked this course up, not expecting to achieve much due to my ability to get in my own way and yeah. It completely healed my relationship with art lol. All these walls I'd built in my brain have been knocked down. I'm not scared of perspective. I'm passionate about creating again. I'm trying things I would have shied away from in the past and failure doesn't affect me.
