I FINALLY beat hard mode Underpin. I can't tell you how many times I failed this encounter, even though I was getting decent at dealing with the adds. :'D My DPS characters were just too squishy, and my tanks couldn't consistently beat the DPS check on his shields. Turns out I needed to tweak my talents to deal more damage (prot warrior, ilvl 654, stats not super-optimized for tanking) and I managed to take him down.
