Besides Sans it’s obvious that Flowey knows about each reset, so in every new timeline Frisk tries to add him to the team and eventually does so. . . though. . . when he finally gave in. . . Chara didn’t take it too well. . .

Sometimes Chara would try to get Frisk out of the house in order to purge again and Frisk is always left to fight them when they’re alone.
