He's so fucking tired all the time
Undersolus Flowey!
Golden flower no more, he a white flower now. He also has poisonous thorns that can vary in levels of severity(little/ no pain to death, depending if he is trying to kill you or not). Flowey is one of the few people who know of Papyrus' existence, and it's by accident.
