OKAY BUT. You know how Undyne mentions shyren being good at piano even with out hands. That got me thinking. Human au Shyren having prosthetics on both hands??? That could be a thing also I live for shyblook and your art is the best thing ever.
Not a bad idea, buttttttt….I had designed Human!Shyren based off of her fishy body and the agent that accompanies her in battle–which obviously does have arms (and the over world sprite shows her little fishy fins.) I know that they are entirely separate entities but translating that to the au would be a bit difficult for me and I like the way I draw her now. HOWEVER, I RAISE YOU:
Hearing impaired Shyren who worries that her auditory needs will negatively affect her musical ability. Despite her shyness, she seeks out Undyne’s help and uses the vibrations and keys of the piano to measure her tone, pitch, and volume. She’s very talented, she just needs self-assurance. She’s lucky to have a good support group of friends to help her.
