people, that’s called lazy writing. honestly, they could have at least called alex kingston back because writing for tasha lem is writing for river song.

i dont know if this was a rumor but someone said (WOW RELIABLE MUCH?????? HAHAH) that alex had some other project or something so she couldnt be in it? but honestly,i wouldnt like it because story with river is should be over for good...but this way he wrote another version of her anyway = LAZY WRITING like you said

the silence in venice is my favourite piece of evidence that this was not some kind of ultimate master plan the way moffat and some of his fans want me to believe. he made shit up as he went along and it shows. the silence in s5 does not line up with what the silence became in s6 and s7. the room in the god complex does not make sense as the crack given that in god complex he said "who else?" and not "what else?" or basically anything that would make sense with a crack in the wall and not a person. i could go on but why bother.

every writer makes shit up as it goes along, and sometimes things don't line up properly. but moffat tries really hard to retrofit everything and pretend it was his genius gameplan all along and has the audacity to accuse the audience of being stupid or not paying enough attention when people point out that it doesn't fit.

from my experience (and it is not really great, i know, i'm probably wrong) people who love Ten love Nine also? while people who love Nine sometimes feel bitter that their favourite is not winning all the polls? also this widespread myth that everyone hates Nine, eugh, can we end it?

yes I don't really know many people who hate Nine. I think he does get overlooked in favour of Ten or Eleven but really, he only has 13 episodes, and unlike even the Classic Doctors he's not making new audios or anything, so it's gonna happen. And sometimes people skip him, but I don't think it's as common as it sounds -- I think if people skip anything they skip Nine AND Ten and just start with the Moffat era and maybe loop back later.
