3 Bed x 2 Bath Quake Zone and Haunted All the backyard sections are usable as I have added gates to all of them, so you’re sims can have more things to do :) Cheats Used: bb.moveobjects on bb.showhiddenobjects // bb.showliveeditobjects
Now I have to admit, this layout was a completely stolen idea. I originally saw it on Instagram, but I cannot find the op - so if you know who did this first, please tell me so I can properly tag them!

Update on my save file!
So far I have built a lot of Newcrest and made townies for it, and now I’m starting Willow Creek :)
The Caliente house on the Sultry Springside Lot :)
It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (2.5 ensuites and 1 standalone), and an office. The pink rooms is Nina’s, green is Dina’s, and the blue is Katrina and Don’s :)

It’s not finished but I got the majority of it done, all that’s left is the gym, park, landgraab’s neighbor and the skyward palms neighborhood
i started to rebuild the Landgraab mansion and it is very obvious that it was inspired by lilsimsie lol
hhnnn I have no content - but I have built 80% of Newcrest (I actually did the math :,) and have built 2 neighborhoods in Willow Creek and renamed the lots as well as made a some townies!
Caliente Makeover!
I didn’t do much but I edited their makeup, gave them eyelashes, and improved their outfits :)
When SFS is fixed, I’ll add their tray files to my page :)
