Why do people (mainly guys) think its okay to beep their horns and stare at you whilst running? Its off putting and unnecessary - I just don't understand? It takes a lot (for me anyway) to find the confidence to actually get outside and go running on a main road and them doing that just makes me not wanna do it anymore.... But on a more positive note I ran my fastest 5K without stopping! Very proud of myself. Makes all the effort worth it, even if do have to endure the male species and their unnecessary behaviour.
