Hey! I was wondering if you could tell me how to lift the black when I bleach. My hair roots that were natural are white obviously and the ends went a medium kind of brown. I'm not sure whether to try and lighten just the ends now or toner or what! X

You should always bleach your roots separately to the rest of your hair as they develop much more quickly due to the heat of your scalp and the fact that its virgin hair.
Toners will only work on light orange or light yellow hair, so sounds like you need to lift a little more.
