The first thing to figure out is what is a simple diet? When is a simple diet an easy diet? Or when is a hard diet a hard diet? Who can say? Is a diet a simple easy diet because some so-called diet gurus say it's an easy diet? Should we believe the diet gurus just because they say it is so? Should we believe rather than someone we know? They may have used the diet - then again they might not have. But if they still make a statement that a particular diet is a simple easy diet, how do they know? Has the experience of that diet? In this case, they may be more qualified to make that assessment. If on the other hand, they just had a look at some promotional blurb and made a decision based on them to say that it looks like a simple diet. Or it looks like a tough diet.
