This Thursday, July 1, will mark ONE YEAR since the inaugural "Sounds...And Stuff Like That" show blasted off on @twitch . I had done li'l one-offs before then just to get my feet wet, but this was my first real attempt at doing an actual recurring stream. Like many of us, I had NO idea what the future held in terms of when/if venues would reopen, and I wanted to give my viewers/followers an idea of what my monthly #UnhookedGeneration party was like at @thesoundtable . It was ALSO a way to "audition" for potential promoters who may have been tuned in, to procure some post-Covid bags. Here we are, one year and 2K followers later (we'll be celebrating that as well), outside is slowly allowing us to gather safely, and the gigs are rolling in. Huge thanks to my mods @justcallmelj @1tierranicole @ninieternalsol @keistarproductions for showing me how to spice up my stream, @iammissher for not letting me give up, and trying (to no avail lol) to help me set up my green screen, and everyone who has supported the brand thus far.
