I bought some milk tea recently, and I find that honey can help it taste sweeter. Also yeah if Lipton is better than that, that's a little scary....
Yeah, I stock everything from costco teabags (sidenote, the Goodearth stuff is A+) to looseleaf Wedgwood that I'm not comfortable disclosing the price of and man, the Levi tea earned a special distinction.
It was just... bitter. There was no other flavor, just bitter with a burnt aftertaste. At that point, no amount of milk and sweetener can help because there's no actual taste to enhance. Even the second steep was just bitter. ...Weak and bitter. I really appreciate good tea, but in practice I'm not particularly picky; I'll happily drink a generic black tea bag if that's what's available, but man this one was just pitiful.
