Mardi Gras decorative boxes Made over 2 days using cardboard boxes, wrapping paper and coloured card. These were part of the suite of decorations I made for a Mardi Gras party. I was asked to create some simple decorative boxes to display around the event. I got some free boxes from a local store and wrapped them in pink and purple wrapping paper. Now for the fun part! the designs were improvised with whatever scraps of coloured card, glitter foam and paper I had lying around, the idea was simple scifi scenes with an LGBTIQ+ vibe. Compared to my usual projects that take 2-3 months of detailed work this was a nice change of pace with each box taking about 20 minutes. The scenes came up really well and I'm especially proud of the planets and UFO.
