Sad face, after the update from Windows Phone 8 to 8.1 the integration of Twitter and Facebook posts is gone. But that did not stop Marco Siccardi from developing Unishare an app that brings back multi distribution of posts, pictures, and the like for Twitter – Facebook – LinkedIn.
